Of course! We are pleased to affirm that our operations are solidly based on the current legal framework, and with the general declaration of unconstitutionality 1/2018, which establishes the foundations of our club, constituted as a Civil Association (A.C.).

With our social object, we ensure our activities are aligned with current laws and the right to the free development of personality.

Adherence to legality reflects our commitment to transparency and respect for human rights.

To become a club member, it is imperative to meet the following requirements:

Be over 18 years old, have a valid official identification, and have a health authorization issued (or in process) by COFEPRIS.

In case you don’t have one we offer legal assistance to facilitate the process and ensure that our members meet the established legal requirements. 

This works for both Mexicans and foreigners. Ask our staff for help.

It is illegal to buy/sell cannabis products.

CBRM offers a legal and transparent alternative: The possibility to exchange Cacaos, the club’s currency for its products.

Through this system, members can exchange their Cacaos legally and in compliance with all relevant regulations.

It is important to emphasize that the club prohibits and penalizes any commerce activities, inside and outside.
